Theory vs Practical - Which is better?

Now a days most of the people have good theoritical knowledge but when it comes to practical they find difficult to handle the situation. It is all because of the resources(Time, No of children... etc) that we have. For example if we take some categories in disability area like Rett Syndrome we find less number of children and so it is difficult to know about that particular conditions and to plan some intervention. So we have to think about all these issues while planning intervention. The same think happened in my experience. read more
