educatorslog.in was conceived of and designed by Shuchi Grover, an Educational Technologist currently based in Bangalore, India. An alumna of Harvard Graduate School of Education and a successful entrepreneur, Shuchi has worked in the mainstream technology sector as well as educational institutions such as Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard Business School and several K-12 schools in India and the US.

Her work in India in recent years with teachers and schools, especially in teacher education, and her firm belief in the power of 'communities' and platforms for 'collaborative reflection and dialogue' for educators, parents and students, laid the foundation for educatorslog.in.

In her efforts, Shuchi has been assisted by a small group of individuals from the Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, BITS Pilani and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
