based on my experience over the last one month i'm trying  to convert my learning experience into a learning experience for my students...check it out at www.historicalmind.com...many of the issues raised by anand, varni have been my concern too and i have tried to address them in my teaching...not successfully always...becomes quite frustrating too...my blog (yes...my entries are quite long and tiresome i guess) but have dealt with many of these questions...pls continue to post ur views...bouquets and brickbats! :-)
